We are currently seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our software.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at VRPS, your primary role will be to drive the adoption of our VRPAccess® platform among vacation rental property managers and owners. You will focus on identifying potential customers, showcasing the unique value of our solutions, and closing high-impact deals. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you’ll ensure our offerings are perfectly aligned with market needs, helping property managers streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in the vacation rental industry to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Industry events: Represent VRPS at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and expanding our network.
  • Product Demonstrations: Lead virtual and in-person demonstrations of the VRPAccess® platform, effectively communicating its features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address the specific needs and challenges of prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and positioning VRPAccess® as their go-to solution.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine and enhance your sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and with the product team to channel customer feedback into product enhancements.s.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to VRPAccess®.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to ensure transparency and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated sales success, preferably within the software or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts compellingly.
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated and success-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with parking management solutions or property management systems.
  • A well-established network within the vacation rental or property management industry is highly desirable.
